Peach Street Distillers was among the first craft distilleries in Colorado and proudly released the first legal Colorado Bourbon post-Prohibition.
Unlike many big-name brands that buy and blend, we start with local grains and fruit and distill everything onsite in Palisade. Every bottle is truly grain-to-glass, rooted in the valley we call home.
Our tasting room is open every day, and we serve food prepared in our kitchen, which is housed in a historic trolley.
Visit our working distillery and enjoy a flight on our outdoor patio, where friendly dogs and well-behaved kids are welcome.
Our tasting room is where the community gathers — sip award-winning spirits, savor fresh cocktails, and get a peek behind the stills on a guided tour.
From bold bourbons and smooth vodkas to adventurous brandies and amaro, every spirit is handcrafted with local ingredients and plenty of Palisade pride.
Our craft has earned medals across bourbon, brandy, vodka, and amaro — plus recognition as one of Colorado’s most celebrated destinations for spirits lovers.
The Distillery is owned and operated by Palisade locals Desa Loughman, Cody Butters Lewis, Jesse Loughman, and Michael Lewis. You’ll probably see one of them when you visit.

The vibe is super chill, with great drinks, friendly people, and a really cool patio surrounded by mountain views. Absolutely amazing! One of our favorite places to go for not only drinks but food aswell! My husband loves the bourbon and whiskey while I love the mixed cocktails with gin and there agave! We were able to go for their 20th anniversary party which was super fun! We will continue to be patrons of this wonderful establishment! Great staff and service! Cody is one of our favorites! We had a wonderful happy hour at Peach Street Distillers yesterday! The drinks and food were very tasty, and it was family friendly. My husband appreciated the beer on tap and I thought the vodka drinks were delicious. The staff were super friendly! The new owner Cody gave us a tour- what an amazing story of locals taking pride in supporting their community. We highly recommend it here!Posted on Dogtor 92Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow!! What a great experience. A real distillery in a 100 year old meat packing shed. This is the real deal. The Copper Cobra (Moscow Mule) is fantastic. Very clean vodka. It needs to be on a shelf higher than "top shelf". The bonded bourbon, smooth with a very mild caramel flavor. The wait staff was pleasant and efficient. Come relax in the beautiful Palisade sun and enjoy the life that tastes better here. Cheers.Posted on Paige StoneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We enjoyed the most amazing lunch today. It exceeded all of our expectations.
