Peach Street Distillers was among the first craft distilleries in Colorado and proudly released the first legal Colorado Bourbon post-Prohibition.
Unlike many big-name brands that buy and blend, we start with local grains and fruit and distill everything onsite in Palisade. Every bottle is truly grain-to-glass, rooted in the valley we call home.
Our tasting room is open every day, and we serve food prepared in our kitchen, which is housed in a historic trolley.
Visit our working distillery and enjoy a flight on our outdoor patio, where friendly dogs and well-behaved kids are welcome.

The Distillery is owned and operated by Palisade locals Desa Loughman, Cody Butters Lewis, Jesse Loughman, and Michael Lewis. You’ll probably see one of them when you visit.

We had a good time staying much longer than we had planned because it was such a nice time. We had drinks and appetizers and lunch closing out the afternoon with good food and drinks. We had the nachos with shredded beef followed up by the meats pizza and tacos. Everything was very good. Especially the pizza!
