Peach Street Distillers was among the first craft distilleries in Colorado and proudly released the first legal Colorado Bourbon post-Prohibition.
Unlike many big-name brands that buy and blend, we start with local grains and fruit and distill everything onsite in Palisade. Every bottle is truly grain-to-glass, rooted in the valley we call home.
Our tasting room is open every day, and we serve food prepared in our kitchen, which is housed in a historic trolley.

The Distillery is owned and operated by Palisade locals Desa Loughman, Cody Butters Lewis, Jesse Loughman, and Michael Lewis. You’ll probably see one of them when you visit.

This is the real deal. The Copper Cobra (Moscow Mule) is fantastic. Very clean vodka. It needs to be on a shelf higher than "top shelf". The bonded bourbon, smooth with a very mild caramel flavor.
