Hopped Whiskey??? We take Colorado's classic west coast IPA, Modus Hoperandi, and run it through our Christian Carl pot still, then age it in second use Bourbon barrels. Think of Whiskey and Gin having a love child.

COLORADO STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY

Aged a minimum of 2 and a half years, features all malted and unmalted Rye from the San Luis Valley.
