Agave Imported from Mexico and Made for Colorado

OK, fine this is one of the only raw goods we can’t grow in Colorado. The agave just doesn’t get it, but as artisans we do, and we just couldn’t pass up the chance to ferment and distill with this 100% Organic Blue Agave nectar that we stumbled upon in our travels. We can’t say the “T-word” since we didn’t distill it in Jalisco, but this Agave spirit will have you feeling the tradition of its homeland.

As pure as it gets. Our D’Agave Silver is made with 100% organic blue agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico and 0% nonsense because, well, that’s the only way to make it right.

This one’s for sipping. Our D’Agave Gold is made with 100% organic blue agave nectar and 0% nonsense because, well, that’s how you make the real stuff. Oak barrel aging adds a woody, smoky character that won’t go un-noticed.
