These aren’t the Gins from your daddy’s liquor cabinet. Jackelope combines hand-picked juniper berries and unique botanicals for a citrusy, slightly nutty flavor that’s remarkably bright. Jackelope and Jenny blends that same brilliant gin with Pear Eau de Vie, adding incredible aroma and a complex flavor profile. An aged version of each spends at least nine months in our Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels for added flavor complexity and higher proof. And then there’s the mysterious Tub, exclusive small batches we might have to keep secret.

We take our one of a kind gin, let it mingle with our Pear Eau De Vie for a bit and age it in our Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels for at least 9 months. Then we start tasting it until it’s just right. With a higher proof, it stands up pretty nicely on its own or as a mix.
