These aren’t the Gins from your daddy’s liquor cabinet. Jackelope combines hand-picked juniper berries and unique botanicals for a citrusy, slightly nutty flavor that’s remarkably bright. Jackelope and Jenny blend that same brilliant gin with Pear Eau De Vie for a complex flavor profile. An aged version of each spends at least nine months in our Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels for added flavor complexity and higher proof. And then there’s the mysterious Tub, exclusive small batches we might have to keep secret.
