At Peach Street Distillers, our spirits begin with the finest ingredients found right in our own backyard. Our commitment to local sourcing isn’t something we only do for Earth Day—it’s about sustainability, community, and honoring the agricultural heritage that makes Palisade and the surrounding Grand Valley so special.

The Roots of Our Spirits: Local Grain & Fruit Sourcing

Our spirits journey begins with the rich soils of Colorado, where we’ve built meaningful partnerships with local grain farmers who share our dedication to quality. We source our wheat and other grains directly from Colorado farms, creating a direct connection between the field and your glass. This local approach does more than ensure superior flavor—it dramatically reduces our carbon footprint by eliminating the thousands of miles that commercial grains often travel.

Our quality difference is unmatched. Locally grown grains, adapted to Colorado’s unique climate and soil conditions, develop characteristics that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else. Our farmers understand that their harvest becomes our craft, and this shared commitment shows in every bottle.

Palisade Fruit Heritage

The heart of many of our most beloved spirits lies in Palisade’s famous peaches and other local fruits. We’re proud to help preserve Palisade’s agricultural legacy by utilizing the bounty that makes our region world-renowned. From the sweet peaches that inspire our Peach Eau de Vie to the pears that make our Pear Brandy, these fruits tell the story of our valley.

Seasonal availability plays a crucial role in our flavor profiles. When peaches are at their peak in late summer, you can taste the difference in our spirits. This seasonal approach not only creates more complex, authentic flavors but also encourages us to work in harmony with nature’s rhythm rather than against it.

Farm-to-Bar: Local Ingredients in Each Glass and on Every Plate

Our commitment to local sourcing extends far beyond the spirits themselves—it’s woven into the fabric of everything we serve. When you visit Peach Street Distillers, you’re not just enjoying local spirits; you’re experiencing a truly local culinary journey.

When you choose local ingredients, you’re doing more than just enjoying better food and drinks—you’re actively supporting the ecosystems that make our agricultural heritage possible.

Each dollar spent on local products creates a ripple effect that strengthens small farms, preserves agricultural diversity, and helps maintain the open spaces that define Western Colorado’s character.

We’re proud to be part of a network that values sustainability, quality, and community. By supporting local producers, we help preserve agricultural traditions that might otherwise be lost to industrial agriculture, ensuring that future generations can continue to enjoy the flavors that make our region special.

As we continue this journey, we invite you to join us for a glass, a cocktail, or a meal. Together, we can enjoy the best of Colorado while supporting the land and communities that make it all possible.
