Our bourbon is made from all-Colorado grains, Rocky Mountain water and a healthy dose of tomfoolery. We mill and cook the corn by hand, open air ferment it, and distill the mash in our Christian Carl Pot Still. Then we age it in first-use charred American Oak for as long as time will allow.

3 year Bourbon transferred to Sauvage Spectrum Red Wine Barrels for 1+ year aging.
