AMERICAN PEATED SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
Our Peated Single Malt is wonderfully complex layering the rich flavor of an all Barley mash and the smokey notes of Peat. Scotch fans, we got you covered.
SKA MODUS HOPERANDI HOP FLAVORED WHISKEY
Hopped Whiskey??? We take Colorado's classic west coast IPA, Modus Hoperandi, and run it through our Christian Carl pot still, then age it in second use Bourbon barrels. Think of Whiskey and Gin having a love child.
COLORADO STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY
Aged a minimum of 2 and a half years, features all malted and unmalted Rye from the San Luis Valley.
SMOKED RYE WHISKEY
Distilled from Smoked Rye and malted barley and then infused with a cold smoker at proofing. This is an audacious little spirit that's not for the faint of heart, but the faint of heart don't come around here much anyway.
5 YEAR COLORADO STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY
Aged up to 5 years, our newest addition to the family features all malted and unmalted Rye from the San Luis Valley.
